At PeakVirtual Studio, I help small business owners stay organized and in control of their back office. I provide virtual admin support, HR paperwork help, and basic Bookkeeping assistance so you don’t need to hire a full-time employee.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

I mostly support small service-based businesses – such as consultants, tutors, wellness clinics, trades and family-run businesses – but I’m happy to chat with any owner who needs help with admin, HR paperwork, or basic Bookkepping tasks.

How do we get started if I want to work with you?

First, book a free 20-minute call so I can learn about your business, your current systems, and what’s stressing you out. After the call, I’ll suggest a simple plan and a starting package. Once you approve it, we sign a basic agreement, set up the tools we’ll use, and I begin supporting you each week.

What tools do you use and is my information secure?

I primarily use Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office, and Bookkeeping Online, plus secure password-sharing tools when needed. I treat your data as confidential, follow your company policies, and only access what I need to complete the work we’ve agreed on.

Do you file taxes or run payroll?

No. I provide day-to-day admin and basic bookkeeping support only. I keep your records clean and organized so your accountant or payroll provider can handle tax filing and payroll accurately.
